Hi! My name is Bohdan.

My wife and I are relocating to Perth and are looking to rent a private apartment (not a shared room). We’re planning to stay for at least 6 months, with the possibility of extending our stay if everything works well.

We are quiet, respectful, and highly responsible tenants. Both of us work remotely in the tech industry, so our lifestyle is calm and structured — mostly working, exploring the city, and enjoying a peaceful routine. We don’t smoke, don’t host parties, and always take excellent care of the places we live in.

We’re ideally looking for a clean, modern, and comfortable apartment, preferably close to the city or with easy access to public transport.

We’re happy to provide references, proof of income, or any additional information if needed.
