Hi! My name is Bohdan.

My wife and I are new to Perth and are looking for our next place to live once our current short-term rental ends on April 7. We’re planning to settle in Perth long-term and are currently searching for a comfortable place to call home.

We actually found our current short-term rental through Flatmates, and the experience has been great!

We are a quiet, respectful, and responsible married couple working remotely in the tech industry. Our lifestyle is calm and structured — mostly working, exploring the city, and enjoying a peaceful routine. We don’t smoke, don’t host parties, and we always take great care of the places we live in.

We are looking for a private apartment (not a shared room) that is clean, modern, and comfortable, preferably close to the city or with good access to public transport.

We are interested in 6–12 month leases, but we are also open to shorter stays, if needed.

As we are new to Australia, we may not yet have an extensive local rental history, but we’re happy to provide international references, proof of income, and proof of savings, as well as any additional information, if needed.
