Hello I’m Paris!

I work full time in Retail and I'm just starting a dual diploma through TAFE for Business. I’ll be moving around mid to late January and looking for a comfortable, long-term place to call home while I settle into work and life.

I’m social and enjoy a chat, shared dinner, or weekend hangout, but I also value downtime and a relaxed, respectful home environment. I love reading, thrifting and having an explore of different cafes, markets and galleries.

I’m tidy, reliable, and easy-going. I would like to keep shared areas clean, pay rent and bills on time, and live with people who are considerate and have similar standards. Ideally I’d be in a smaller household (two to three people max) with others in their 20-30s who have their own routines but enjoy the occasional catch-up or meal together. I'd also be bringing with me my beautiful cat Vincent - he's a friendly little man who prefers to chill wherever comfortable and is a keen cuddler. He is used to being an only child and would prefer no other pets in the space.

I’ll be working full-time Tuesday to Saturday (mostly 9–6), and try to keep my weekends pretty chilled. I’ll have a car, so off-street parking would be handy.

Overall, I’m just looking for a calm, friendly, and clean home where everyone gets along and respects each other’s space.
