We are Laura and Charles, a French couple recently settled in Sydney long-term, currently looking for an apartment or a room to rent.

We are both 25+, clean, respectful, and easy-going. Coming from hospitality and customer service backgrounds, we are used to living in shared spaces and keeping common areas tidy and organised. We value a calm, friendly, and respectful home environment.

We both work and keep busy, so during the week we enjoy a quiet routine. On our days off, we like cooking, going to the beach, doing sports, and exploring Sydney. We are social and friendly, but also independent and very respectful of everyone’s space and privacy.

We are financially stable, responsible tenants, and happy to provide references if needed. Ideally, we are looking for a long-term place, starting as soon as possible.
