Agustina and Federico

Hi! We’re Federico and Agustina, a couple (both 29) looking for a place to call home in Perth.

We've been living in Australia for the past year and have loved every part of the journey. After moving around and exploring different places, we're now ready to slow down, settle in, and create a home where we can stay for a while.

We're ideally looking for a small house, unit, or apartment for the two of us, available from mid-August, and we'd love to stay for at least six months (or longer if it's the right fit).

Fede is a chef, and I'm a graphic designer and yoga teacher. We both have stable income and are passionate about what we do. Outside of work, we enjoy a quiet lifestyle. We love spending time at home just as much as being outdoors—exploring nature, going for walks, discovering great cafés, or spending time by the beach.

We're respectful, clean, reliable, and easygoing. We're not into partying or late nights, and we genuinely appreciate having a peaceful, well-looked-after home.

For us, finding a place isn't just about renting somewhere to sleep—it's about creating a home. After spending the past year moving from place to place, having our own space has become something we truly value. We take great pride in looking after where we live and always treat a home with the same care and respect as if it were our own.

We're happy to provide references, proof of income, or answer any questions you may have. We'd also love to meet in person if you'd like to get to know us before making a decision.
