Hi, I’m Grace 😊
I’m relocating to Hobart from Queensland and am looking for a room while I get settled.

I’m seeking a short-term arrangement through to around early May, with some flexibility if needed. It would be just me living in the home during this time. My husband will be moving to Tasmania later in the year with his job starting around May, so he’ll remain in Queensland for now, with the possibility of an occasional short visit.

A bit about me: I’m in my early 30s, tidy, respectful, and easygoing. I’ve worked in hospitality for many years and also run a small social media and content business. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cosy games and I’m a big foodie so cafés, and nice restaurants with a wine or cocktail are right up my alley but I’m generally very low-key at home.

During my stay, I’ll mostly be working and exploring Hobart or enjoying quiet hobbies on my days off. I’m reliable with rent and bills and take pride in being a considerate housemate.

I’m ideally looking for a place close to public transport, as I won’t have a car initially. I’m also happy to organise a FaceTime inspection while I’m still in Queensland.
