Hi, I’m Jamie.
I’m a mature, reliable professional looking for a stable, respectful place to live while continuing my work locally. I’m employed, (police background check and bluecard) for care and support work, young to old, and used to managing my own schedule, responsibilities, and commitments.
As a tenant, I’m calm, clean, and considerate. Happy to work in with any house rules/cleaning schedule. I’m comfortable working quietly and independently in my room, and I’m also easygoing and friendly, happy to chat, say hello to friends or family visiting, and help keep the home feeling relaxed and welcoming.
I enjoy, healthier living, animals, nature, meditation, content creation, laughter and consciousness sciences. So a blend of understandings and experiences from around the world lol.
I don’t smoke or drink, and I’m a low impact respectful presence in a household. I’m practical and hands on, and I’m comfortable contributing to the general upkeep of a home, including cleaning, cooking, basic handyman repairs and maintenance, and yard work where or if needed.
I’ve lived and worked internationally for 25 years and am now re establishing myself back in Australia. I’m looking for a place that values reliability, mutual respect, and ease of living.
