Matt and Sophie

Matt (33 year old male) is looking for accommodation untill November 2026 in Brisbane CBD. Sophie (27 year old female) works away from home Monday-Friday but returns on weekends. We are both permanent residences and work full time.

We are looking for a space for Matt where Sophie would be welcome to stay on a Friday and Saturday evening.

Ideally we prefer the simplicity of sharing a property with only 1-2 others. We priorities being able to wind in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. As a non-smoker with no pets or kids, our space stays clean.

Although we have a good sense of humor and are friendly and sociable we aren't party people and therefore are looking for flatmates that are of a similar mindset when it comes to this! We are both professional and work full time.

We are home owners ourselves back in the UK so we know how important it is for renters to look after the property! Outside of work, you'll find us at the gym or exploring new foodie spots - it's the perfect balance for us.
