I’m Toby, 19, looking for a room to rent in Newcastle, preferably anywhere within easy travel to the University of Newcastle (Callaghan Campus).
A bit about me:
- Starting my first year of Aerospace Engineering
- Love playing rugby and camping on weekends
- Clean and respectful, easy to live with
- I have a job lined up for next year and will be looking for even more work, so I am reliable with paying rent
- I get along well with housemates, but I’m also happy to keep to myself
- Love a beer and a parmy
What I’m looking for:
- A room in a sharehouse, preferably with other uni students
- Budget: my budget is flexible, ideally looking for something in the 300 range
- Move in date: any time in January
