Hi guys, it's Georgie and Ava here!

We are two friends from NZ who have recently moved to the Gold Coast after graduating from university last year. Our current lease is about to end so we are looking for a new flat! Looking to either move into an existing flat with two rooms or find some likeminded people to team up with and apply for a place together.

Ideally we would love to flat with likeminded people of a similar age who are friends rather than just flatmates. We both love sport, the outdoors, and would love to meet some fun friendly people who love a laugh and are keen on joining us for a weekend adventure!

When we aren't working we love spending time at the beach, going on walks/runs (often with a cafe stop haha), and the occasional beverage on the weekend. We are both easygoing and down to earth, and have been flatting with friends for the past four years so value a clean and tidy home and respect each others space.

In terms of location we are ideally looking for a place between Mermaid Beach - Currumbin (the closer to the beach the better!) as we love the water and both moved to the Gold Coast to make the most of the beach lifestyle. Open to short or long term options too, and can also be flexible with move in dates. Our budget is around $300-$350 per room.
