Hi Everyone,

My name is Daniel and I'm looking for someone to team up with someone else with likeminded hobbies and interests for a long term rental as my previous lease ended when I was in Europe before Christmas and I’ve been living with family since but I’d love some more personal space back 😂

About Me:
I'm 27, I work full time in management at McDonald's and in my downtime, I love to hang out with friends, go out for a cheeky drink and enjoy relaxing and catching up on my reality TV fix for the week as well as going to the gym. I'm a sociable person but also enjoy my downtime and am super respectful of whoever I'm living with and able to maintain a great level of cleanliness of our place. I’ve been living in share houses since I was 19 with friends and have a very good understanding of great housemate protocol and social awareness.

About you:
- LGBT friendly- I am gay and want to live with someone who respects me and my lifestyle
- Able to maintain a clean household and shared areas
- Respectful of downtime and personal space
- Ideally likeminded interests and similar age
- Ideally interested in a friendship as well as I don’t want the house to be an awkward place to live/walking on eggshells around someone else

I am ideally looking around the Essendon/Niddrie/Moonee Ponds/Maribyrnong areas but am open to any other nearby surround suburbs but need to remain close to work if possible which is in the area. I come with enough furniture to fill the basic in the house except for another bedroom so will need someone who is able to provide furniture for their own room.

My budget is approx $350 per week but open to be slightly flexible with this.
