Eva, Matisse and Siena

Hello! My name is Evangeline Hagen. I am a motivated, reliable 19-year-old young professional and student, and a recent Scholastic Honours graduate of Abbotsleigh Girls School (Class of 2024), Wahroonga.

Over the past year, I lived and worked in the United Kingdom as a teaching assistant, based in a shared house in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire. Sharing harmoniously with two other young women strengthened my independence, financial responsibility, and respect for shared living spaces. I am naturally tidy and organised and take genuine pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept home. I enjoy cooking and cleaning and am very mindful of caring for kitchens, appliances, and communal areas.

During this time, I travelled extensively throughout Europe, Africa and North America, visiting over 25 countries. Throughout my travels, I stayed in numerous Airbnb properties and short-term rentals, consistently receiving positive feedback from hosts for my cleanliness, care, and adherence to house rules.

I met Siena during high school, where we were boarding roommates for 3 years and Matisse in London, where we travelled together regularly- we are all studying USYD.

I am currently employed in the PR and Marketing department at Lorna Murray Apparel while studying Media and Communications at the University of Sydney. In addition, I work as a freelance HSC tutor, providing stable supplementary income. I maintain a structured routine, am punctual with payments, and communicate proactively with landlords or property managers.

I love to ski, swim in the ocean and also love photography.

I am seeking a flexible rental and would treat your property as a home rather than short-term accommodation. I am after a property with close proximity to Sydney university and metro - ideal for my work and study commitments.

I would be a responsible, low-maintenance tenant and would take excellent care of the property. It has always been my dream to live in a Victorian terrace with a french door balcony in the Inner West :)
