Looking for 2 rooms for long term rent/lease from 14th Feb

After travelling the east coast for 6 weeks my friend and I will be coming to Perth to settle and find a place we can call home. Both very easy going, respectful and laid back people. If we aren’t at the gym we are either at the beach or finding new coffee/lunch spots. Both very social people and loving meeting like minded individuals but equally love our own space and some down time.

Open to different areas but ideally would like to be closer to the beach.
