Hi there! I'm Blair Nam from South Korea.

I'm looking for a peaceful place to call home.
I am a positive, responsible and tidy person.

I'm 27 and currently in Australia on a working holiday visa. I work as a barista, which has made me naturally friendly, organized, and very attentive to cleanliness—I always make sure to keep shared spaces spotless.

I have prior experience living in share houses, so I’m very familiar with house etiquette and how to be a considerate flatmate.

​​✔️ Mindful & Respectful: I’m a very mindful person who values personal space and privacy. I’m always polite and make sure to respect others' boundaries in shared areas.

✔️ ​Social but Quiet: I’m friendly and enjoy a good chat with my flatmates, but I’m definitely not a party person. I prefer a calm environment and don't have guests over as my friends live in other regions.

✔️ ​Clean & Organized: I take pride in being tidy and always keep common areas clean and organized.

​✔️ Healthy Lifestyle: I’m a non-smoker and light drinkers (I rarely drink, but sometimes enjoy it socially) I’m here to experience Australian coffee culture as a barista so, I’ll be out experiencing the city most of the time.

I’m hoping to find a private room with a private bathroom. A furnished room with a bed and a desk would be perfect for me!
