I'm newly arrived in Perth from Sydney. I am a quiet, mature and easy-going person. I am playing semi-pro football (soccer) and focused on training, the gym, good food and good health.

I am a non-smoker and dont drink. I dont socialise much, mostly because I dont have the time. Happy to share some cooking, I'm an expert air-fryer :). I'll keep the place clean and tidy.

In addition to football I work as a digital marketer and appreciate a quiet corner to do my work in the evenings (although, can easily zone out with my headphones on). I'll be out most of the day during the week, if I'm not working I'm out training and focused on the game on Saturdays.

Looking for a similar minded person that appreciates privacy and a quiet life and maybe a Sunday brunch/coffee/walk or xBox on a cold wet day.

Intend to stay 12+ months, happy to sign up for 12 with the right flatmate.
