Hi!

I’m looking to sublet a room from 21st January, ideally long-term, as I have a one-year work contract. I’ll be starting work on 23rd January and I’m a teacher, so I’m usually out of the house all day. I do work from home a small amount for lesson prep, but otherwise I’m at school during the day.

I’d really appreciate a respectful, calm household, as I’m up early for work and sometimes need to decompress after a long day at school. I’m social and enjoy getting to know the people I live with, but I also value my own space and downtime.

Outside of work, I love going to the gym and fitness classes, as well as grabbing a coffee and going for walks. I’m clean, considerate, and easy-going, and looking for a place that feels like home.
