I work full-time and live a fairly quiet, structured lifestyle. I really value a calm, safe home environment and see home as a place to properly unwind and recharge.

I’m a massive goofball when you get to know me, have included a whole bunch of photos below so you get to see an idea of my personality once I get comfortable with you. I really love my friends, always at the beach or going on hikes. Love a marg or two but don’t want to live in a party home

I’m very clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces — I don’t like mess and I’m conscientious about keeping things organised and comfortable for everyone. I’m not a partier, don’t use drugs, and prefer a relaxed household with similar values.

I’m allergic to nuts and coconut, so I do need a home that doesn’t use or store these, but I’m always happy to communicate clearly and respectfully around this. Though please don’t apply to team up with me if you can’t stick to this as it’s dangerous for me.

I have my own car, so a dedicated parking spot would be a bottom line non negotiable and looking for a place with my own bathroom which is also a non negotiable. I’m reliable, considerate, and easy to live with, and I’m hoping to find a home that feels mutually respectful and settled rather than just a share house.

I have tried to find a place by myself but landlords seem to favour family applications instead of a single female living alone
