From 1 June 2025 to 30 November 2025, I resided at Room 312, Building A-1, No. 628, Suining Road, Changning District, Shanghai. In both tenancies, I paid rent on time, maintained the properties in excellent condition, and complied fully with all lease terms. References from previous landlords can be provided upon request.
My family has stable financial resources to support my living and rental expenses in Australia. If required, I can provide my father’s employment certificate and recent bank statements as proof of financial support. I am committed to paying rent promptly and honouring all lease obligations.
