My schedule can be a bit irregular, but I'm quiet and respectful at home. I enjoy a calm living environment and usually keep to myself, though I'm always happy to have occasional chats.
I cook at home regularly, around once a day, and keep shared spaces reasonably clean. I don't smoke, don't have pets, and I don't host parties. My girlfriend may visit occasionally.
I'm reliable and easy to communicate with. I respect personal space, but I'm also friendly. For example, if I'm heading to the supermarket, I might casually ask housemates if they'd like to come along.
In my free time, I do home workouts, play some games, and work on personal projects.
I'm looking for a quiet and tidy place with considerate housemates, ideally for a 6-12 month stay. I'm open to sharing with either students or working professionals.
