Hey, I’m Edgar — 27 and a student at Adelaide University studying a Bachelor of Economics.

I’m currently looking for a clean, quiet and respectful place while I finish my degree, ideally around the Windsor Gardens / Gilles Plains area. I’m also open to teaming up with 2 like-minded people to rent a place together.

I keep a regular routine, I’m tidy in shared spaces, and I’m easy-going and considerate to live with. I enjoy playing sport (weekly futsal), going for walks, and catching up with friends. I cook often and enjoy being in the kitchen. I own and would bring a handful of kitchen appliances. I value a clean and well-maintained home..

I’m ideally looking for a stable setup for 6 months or longer. I’m financially responsible, reliable with rent and bills, and internet access is important as I work from home. I don’t smoke and rarely drink. I’ve grown up with pets and would be happy in a pet-friendly household.
