Hi! I'm looking for a new place in Brisbane, preferably closer to the CBD, 320 a week max (all bills included + covered by the RTA). I'm studying business at QUT which means I'm always going to be busy with schoolwork, and I'll probably start working part time soon. I do my chores on time and like keeping a tidy house.
