Cicely

Hi! I‘m Cicely from China. I’m traveling while working as a freelance writer and an online Chinese teacher (online teaching usually at 8:30-9:30 and 22:00-23:00). Currently, I also do part-time jobs in Hobart with a Work and Holiday Visa. I might have different shifts every week, but normally, I will go out by 9am at the earliest in the morning and be back home no later than 10pm.

I stay in Hobart because I stayed a month in Tasmania and fell in love with it. I wish to rent a room for myself with a kitchen and a bathroom that I can use, no matter they are shared or not. I love to explore the world and talk with different people, but generally I am quiet, clean, easy-going, and respectful. My visa is valid until the end of November and I‘m going to stay in Hobart until my visa expires. So, I'm looking for a room available for about 6-7 months since April 20.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, music, movie, visiting museums or any lovely places. And I love arts & handicrafts as a lifelong penchant! I own a personal blog writing about stories and information related to textiles, where my expertise lies in. I am also a commissioned writer for a Chinese magazine writing articles about textile heritage.
