Hey there.

I'm a single professional guy on the lookout for some place quiet, calm, and stable to settle into after very recently 'jumping the ditch' from Auckland to Brisbane. I work full-time in privatised security and have been heavily security vetted (police/government checks etc) throughout my 24 year security career - and as recently as Dec 25/Jan 26, so it's pretty safe to say I'm an honest, trustworthy, and reliable person. I'm strongly against living in any sort of drug environment. Preferably a non-smoking or vaping one too. Also, not a party guy, so would prefer to live with others who keep their partying in the clubs.
I am immensely respectful of other people's property and would treat your home/property as if it were my own.
