I’m respectful, tidy, and easy-going, and I really value a calm, comfortable home. I’m considerate about shared spaces, clean up after myself, and communicate openly if anything comes up. I keep a balanced routine between work and study, so I’m not a party person, but I’m always happy to chat, share a meal, or enjoy a relaxed coffee together. I’m reliable with rent and bills, and I treat the place like it’s my own home.
