I am a 48-year-old professional relocating from Cairns to Canberra to begin a new full-time career within the APS. While my wife and children remain in our family home in North Queensland, I am seeking a quiet, clean, and respectful living environment in the Canberra area.

As a homeowner myself, I understand the importance of maintaining a tidy, peaceful home. I am naturally introverted and value privacy—both my own and that of my housemates—making me a very considerate person to live with.
