Just someone looking for a place to live till I work out where to go next. My relationship has failed and need to move out ASAP.

I keep to myself, I’m quiet and tidy up after myself. You won’t even know I’m there half the time.
I have rented by myself through Harcourts and LJ Hooker and I’ve always got 100% of the bond back.

I don’t have a lot of personal stuff as most of it was given away when I moved into my partners place. I just need 1 bedroom.
I don’t have any pets.

I do smoke cigarettes and will keep it outside and you won’t find buts laying around. I don’t do drugs or alcohol

I’m contracted work and install NBN pits at new estates. My hours vary depending on the size of the job.
