we are financially well prepared and can provide bank statements and visa financial documents showing sufficient funds to comfortably cover our rent and living expenses.

We also have a local reference from few close friends who are employed full-time in Hobart and can support our application if required.

We are a quiet and responsible couple, non-smokers, and we keep the house clean.
