Hi, I'm a 22 year old student who's looking to move out anywhere near Brisbane city or UQ (my university). So it's not strictly the suburbs I tagged. I don't have a certain move out date, I'm just trying to be as sure as possible before I do move in somewhere so it could be next month or much later. I'm interested in teamups to make things cheaper, I'm looking to pay around $250 a week- however if the environment, location and people is good I'm willing to pay more (and obviously pay less if I can).

I come from a Korean household so I am generally clean. I don't smoke or have pets and I'm not much of a drinker. For me: no smoking or vaping inside the house, especially inside my room.

I am flexible with men & women, I also am flexible with sharing a room with a roomate or sharing a bathroom.
