Alice

Hi! I’m Alice, 24 and I’m from the UK! I have made a crazy jump and have moved halfway across the world to come and see what adventures lie in Australia. I have been here just over a week now and I absolutely love it, getting to know the coffee and foodie scene as well as enjoying the sun. I am starting a job at a University at the start of Feb and would love to be able to find somewhere east Melbourne. I am looking for a place where I can settle in properly for a minimum of 6 months and treat the place like my home. I’m tidy, respectful, and the kind of tenant who pays rent on time and doesn’t throw surprise parties (unless its your birthday!). I am also a big baker; you can expect new treats every week! I’ve lived in shared houses before and genuinely enjoy it, I’m comfortable sharing common spaces, clear with communication, and considerate about noise, cleanliness, and bills. I’m social in a relaxed way (happy to chat over dinner or a cup of tea), but I also value downtime and personal space.
