Hi everyone :)

I'm a 25 year old incoming PhD student at the University of Newcastle and am looking for a room. I'm from Christchurch, New Zealand.

I don't care if you party on the daily or are loud or cook diabolically or have pets or bring different people over every night- I really just want a place to sleep in while not having my room trashed or stuff stolen. My goal is to do something with my life at every waking second, and to me that will involve actively not being home.
