I’m an active person and like to keep a healthy daily rhythm. I usually start the day early, get some movement in, and keep a regular routine during the week. Sports are a big part of my life, whether that’s gym workouts, running, swimming, surfing, or just being outdoors. It helps me stay balanced and positive.
Because of that, my lifestyle is quite structured but relaxed. I’m not partying every night, I sleep well, and I respect quiet times in the house. During the day I’m either working, training, or out exploring, so I’m rarely just hanging around.
