Hi there! 👋 My name’s Ray and I’m looking for a room or share house in the Brisbane area.

Move-in: Late March / early April (around 30 March–5 April)

A bit about me: I’m a 31-year-old American originally from Boston 🇺🇸. I’ve been in Australia for about 3 years now, most recently spending the last 2 years working FIFO in Perth. I’m moving to Brisbane to start studying carpentry and am looking for a stable, longer-term place to call home while I study.

I’m easygoing, friendly, and respectful, and I’ve got savings behind me. Once settled, I’ll be looking for work alongside my studies. As a housemate, I really value a good balance — happy to socialise, share meals or a drink now and then, but also very comfortable keeping things chill and doing my own thing. I’m clean, reliable, and adaptable to different house vibes.

Outside of work/study I love running, the gym, yoga, and being outdoors. I enjoy live music, a pub visit now and then, but I’m equally happy with low-key nights in.
