I’m looking for a private room with a wardrobe, desk, and chair. I cook regularly, so access to a proper kitchen is important for me.
I’m financially supported by my parents, so rent will always be paid on time without any issues. I’m a non-smoker and not a party person. I’m very neat, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and keeping the room clean will never be a problem.
