Just moved to Melbourne (Australia) and looking for studio rental or share house considered - in areas within 20 -30 mins to Melbourne, pref near to beaches or nature / and or with a garden backyard

Prefer quiet in the evenings after 10 pm so not party houses or places in particularly noisy locations/ roads
