We are a married couple who are financially secure and seeking a long-term rental property. We both take pride in maintaining a home to a high standard and treat any property we live in with care. We are reliable, responsible tenants with a stable financial position and the capacity to meet rental payments comfortably and on time. Our intention is to settle into a property for the long term and build a positive relationship with the landlord and managing agent. We are both gainfully employed and Mehedi is studying a Masters of Business Admin 2 days per week.
