Samantha

Hello!
I’m Samantha, 39, and currently looking for accommodation until around May/June. I'm currently studying my bachelor's in social work and diploma in community services, I work part-time 1-2 half days per week and have other regular commitments that I travel to Melbourne for across several days, so I’m often out and about rather than home all day.

I also have a small, elderly Maltese Terrier named Oscar. He’s quiet, clean, fully toilet trained and very low-maintenance.

I'm looking for a home with other respectful people, close to shops and public transport.

A bit about me: I’m clean, organised, and very respectful with shared spaces. I’ve lived in a few share houses before and fully understand how to keep things running smoothly — open and honest communication, tidiness, and respecting everyone’s space is what's important to me. I’m reliable, easygoing, and prefer a quiet but friendly home. I’m not a big drinker or partier (anymore haha) and appreciate a calm, positive atmosphere.

I’m simply looking for a comfortable, warm and welcoming place to stay with my puppy dog, for the next few months while I sort out my longer-term plans. 🙂
