Hi everyone! My name is Ansh. My student visa just officially cleared, which means I am flying into Melbourne in less than two weeks! I am urgently looking to secure a room or share house before I land.

🙋‍♂️ About Me:
I am an incoming Master of Artificial Intelligence student at Monash University. I am a vegetarian, highly responsible, and very clean. I’m naturally extroverted, enjoy being social, and love trying new food, watching movies, and travelling. However, between my intensive Master's coursework and my daily weightlifting routine at the gym, I also highly value a peaceful, drama-free, and respectful home environment!

🏡 What I’m Looking For:

Location: Clayton, Oakleigh, Huntingdale, Springvale, Glen Waverley, or Mulgrave (Anywhere with an easy commute to Monash).

Budget: Around $250 per week (Flexible/Negotiable for the right fit).

Move-in: Friday, March 6th. I am ready to pay the bond/rent to secure a place immediately!

Room Type: A furnished single room. I would love a private washroom, but I am completely open to a shared bathroom for the right house. Kitchen sharing is absolutely fine.

Duration: Long-term preferred (6 to 12+ months).
