My name is Charlotte. I am 20 and love going for walks, surfing, going to the gym, reading, going to the beach and spending time with friends. I am starting my 3rd year of uni and work casual/part-time at two jobs. I love meeting new people and having a chat, but I also appreciate time to myself, which I think is a good balance to have when flatting :). I am very clean and tidy, and I respect noise and shared spaces; I always pay rent on time.

I am originally from FNQ, my family are all still there, but I moved down to Brisbane to study. I stayed with extended family for the first 1.5 years and flatted for the last 6 months before holidaying overseas.

I am flexible with move in dates, length of stay and furniture requirements. I would prefer a female only flat but if it’s the right fit I don’t mind mixed gender ◡̈
