Hi! I'm Sam, 24, working full-time as a Contract Administrator with a commercial construction company (Monday to Friday). I'm looking for a room in a friendly, clean, and respectful share house on the Gold Coast.

A bit about me: I'm easygoing, tidy, and reliable with rent and bills. I'm not a big party person during the week, but I'm always up for a social drink. I value a calm, well-kept home and I'm respectful of shared spaces and people's downtime.

Outside of work I'm pretty active. I go to the gym most days and enjoy sport, getting outdoors, cafes, and exploring new areas. I've lived in share houses before, including mixed households, and get along well with different personalities.

I'm looking to move in during December or very early January and I'm open to a longer-term stay. Close to transport or an easy commute is a bonus.
