23 y/o professional looking for a room in Brisbane (Feb/March start)

I’m Samuel, 23, relocating to Brisbane for a full-time Construction Management role, working Monday to Friday. I’m looking for a room in a friendly, clean, and respectful share house.

A bit about me: I’m easygoing, tidy, and reliable with rent and bills. I’m not a big party person during the week, but I don’t mind a social drink, whether that’s a wine, beer, or casual catch-up. I really value a calm, well-kept home and I’m always respectful of shared spaces and people’s downtime.

Outside of work I’m pretty active – I go to the gym most days, enjoy sport, getting outdoors, cafes, and exploring new areas. I’ve lived in share houses before (including mixed households) and get along well with different personalities.

Ideally looking for a room early March, open to long. Inner-city or close to transport preferred.
