Hello!

My name is Flo. I'm a 33-year-old woman living in Hobart, currently looking for a granny flat, ancillary dwelling, studio, or other self-contained living situation to call home.

I work full-time Monday to Friday with the Parks and Wildlife Service, based in the Hobart CBD. Outside of work, I like to keep busy and feel very lucky to have a wonderful community of friends and family in Hobart who I spend a lot of time with. I love being outdoors and spend much of my free time bushwalking, mountain biking, climbing, swimming, crafting, sitting with the sun on my face etc. etc.

After many years of share housing, I'm feeling ready for a more independent living arrangement. I'm very open to different setups and housing types - the most important thing for me is finding a place where there's a friendly, respectful and harmonious relationship between the people living on the property. Having sharehoused for many years, I'm considerate, communicative, and very comfortable with cooperation and collaboration when needed.

I'm open to discussing rent, though as a single person there are naturally limits to what I can afford. Ideally, I'm looking for somewhere within around 35 minutes of Hobart. No pets, no dependents, and I'm happy to provide references.
