Hey! I’m Grace, 23 and looking to move to the Gold Coast as soon as possible. Budget is around $350 but I’m flexible for the right place.

I work as a beautician, so I’m usually busy during the week but I really value coming home to a relaxed, social household. I’m looking for a place where people are comfortable hanging out in the lounge room, being themselves and valuing that in others too. I love casual chats, shared dinners (whenever it’s possible), spontaneous side quests and a lively home. I fully respect everyone’s space and downtime but I also love a house where people feel comfortable celebrating life and truly enjoying their own home
