Kalpak and Sharvari

Hi! We’re Kalpak and Sharvari, a responsible, easygoing couple moving to Sydney to pursue our Master’s in Urbanism. We’ll be studying at the University of Sydney and are looking for a comfortable place to call home during our studies.

We’re quiet, clean, and respectful of the space. We’re not party people and prefer a calm, well-maintained home. We cook regularly, clean up after ourselves, and take pride in keeping the apartment organised.

We’re looking for a long-term stay and are very reliable with rent and bills. We communicate clearly, follow house rules, and treat the place like our own. Friends and previous housemates describe us as considerate, dependable, and low-maintenance.
