Hi! I’m a very extroverted gal just trying to find a new place to call home!

My current rental has had some water damage so unfortunately I have to move. I’ve lived in sharehouses before but prefer having a rental/lease to myself/with one or two people so we can create a home together. I do have a cat, but he’s never been a problem with rentals before. I typically have been approved by myself for every rental I’ve lived in, but I’d like to increase the chances of approval and make some new friends!

I already have everything a home needs - couch, fridge, washing machine, dryer etc. I work three jobs and study, so I’m never home anyway. I’m a ridiculously clean person though, so hopefully you share those values!
