Quiet, respectful worker, out of the house a lot, smoker but can smoke off premises, single dad although the kids won't be regular visitors to the property as I'll go to them. Looking for somewhere private, own bathroom preferred. Don't mind living with drinkers but I am an early riser, so a party house would not be a great fit.

I've recently taken a step back from business management to chase a career change. My job will require travel where I'll be out of the house for a week at a time. I enjoy walking, music, looking forward to getting back in the gym and reading.
