Hello future flatmate/landlord (and potential new best friend),

My name is Karin, I’m a 24-year-old French guy who just landed in Australia on his first Working Holiday Visa. I recently graduated from college, which means I can cook pasta AND pay rent (most of the time).

I’m looking for a room or shared room in Sydney for 2–3 months (and possibly longer if I fall in love with the city… or the rent is reasonable). My budget is $240–300 per week.

About me:
✔ Very clean (I fear dirty kitchens)
✔ Respectful (your food is safe… mostly)
✔ Non-smoker
✔ Easy-going and easy to live with
✔ Won’t throw secret house parties (unless you ask nicely)

I promise to be the kind of housemate who:
– washes dishes
– doesn’t steal your milk
– and says “hi” instead of pretending you don’t exist

Preferably not too far from Sydney city centre (my legs are motivated, but not THAT motivated).
