Hi, I'm Grace, and I am coming to Sydney (from Melbourne) for a 12month secondment.

Ideally looking for somewhere furnished as I will be returning to Melbourne after my secondment, but I am flexible given there's always potential to bring up what I own.

When at home I enjoy a chat or watching movies, but as I tend to be quite busy during the day I appreciate my own time. Usually to unwind I am reading or cooking new recipes. In saying that, I do love to travel, and will be gone for most of May in China and the Philippines, so you'll get just over 3 weeks alone!

When socialising I love love good food (in Sydney Neptunes Grotto is really my happy place) and wine and cocktails (oftentimes followed by a boogie), ocean swims, the theatre and live music. I love trying new things so very rarely say no (except if you're asking me to run, I don't like running).

I work full time and will be in the office 4 days a week, working from home on Fridays - office situated in Barangaroo so would need to be close to transport to access that area. I don't mind if there are pets at home, I love animals, and preferably would be living with people near enough to my age (27+ ish?).
