I am a Master’s student at UTS and currently employed part-time at GYG. I maintain a structured and disciplined routine balancing work and study, and I am financially responsible with a stable income. Rent and bills are always paid on time.

I value a clean, organised and respectful household. I am mindful of shared spaces, considerate about noise, and proactive in maintaining a tidy living environment. I have previous experience in shared accommodation and understand the importance of clear communication and mutual respect.
