Hi, my name is Karl and I am looking for a new place to call home. I currently live in Kedron with my 9 year old son, who is with me half the time (week on and off), but we are now needing to find a new home. My son goes to Kedron primary and I work full time while currently training for my Fire & Rescue assessment’s. We both really appreciate a calm, respectful and tidy home. I love the idea of sharing a place with others to establish the communal-like atmosphere in conjunction with respect and privacy. As does my son :) If you were open to it, I’d love the opportunity to have a chat and see if we might be a nice fit for your space, with no expectations of course.
