Hi!☺️ We are Skylar and Ivan Rogers are a quiet and reliable couple currently seeking a sublet to take on for a few months while we search for a long term rental in the area and our next place to call home for a while. We both have stable weekly incomes with Ivan working full time as a carpenter and myself working full time as both an Accountant and in the Fashion industry.

We are relocating from our home town, Albury NSW and are relocating to Sydney (coogee area) to further pursue career my career.

We value a clean, peaceful living environment and are respectful neighbour's and tenants. We are looking for a place to treat as if it was our own home.
