Hi there! I’m Tony, a financially secure older male currently renting out my own apartment in Thornbury while looking to purchase my next home in the coming year or so. I'm a keen cyclist and enjoy staying active with regular training, as well as tech, movies, and indie music.

I currently volunteer two days a week at a community centre in Northcote while transitioning back into paid work in the Health and Community Services sector after caring for a parent. I’m a non-smoker who values good communication and is respectful of others' space. I'm looking for a clean, secure, and relaxed household.

As I don’t own a car, my ideal location would be near a bike path and within easy walking distance of a railway station on the Mernda or Upfield lines, no further out than Preston or Batman. I may commence study in the second half of this year and prefer a quiet room, either furnished or unfurnished, with space for a desk and bed, and built-in robes.
