I recently moved to Melbourne from Canada and am looking for a place to settle into. I have a job in the CBD as an AV tech and am looking for a peaceful place to unwind when not working. I'm in my mid 30s, enjoy being outside, exercise, cooking, and a bit of gaming. I live a pretty minimalist lifestyle, as I came here only with what can fit in a suitcase, so I don't take up much space and like to keep things tidy. I can be socialble, but also like and respect solo time in a safe place where I can feel relaxed.

I am flexible as to length of stay, but would prefer something that I can settle into for the rest of the year. As for move in date, I can do anytime from now until sometime in March.
